By making an order, the customer accepts and abides by the service terms and conditions of World Express International Limited.

1. The customer should fully declare the contents of the given package(s) to the company and should not conceal or hide any item(s).

2. The customer(s) should declare that the given package(s) or good do not contain any illegal substances knowingly or unknowingly.

3. The customer should undertake full legal responsibility of any illegal material found in the package(s) or goods given to the company.

4. The customer should understand that the company has opted them to re-insure the package(s) or goods in an event of any short falls of compensation from the company.

5. The customer should understand that all given package(s) or goods for export or import are subject to customs inspection, taxes and duty whichever applicable and can be waived at the discretion of the customs officials at destination, depending on nature of goods/ packages, quantity of goods, purpose usage of the goods and residential and professional related circumstances of the goods and merchandise, or otherwise payable by the consignee upon at point of inspection or delivery.

6. World Express International Limited reserves to right to refuse package(s), documents or goods which is suspected to be in breach of law or unsuitable for Aircraft transportation.

7. The customer should understand that World Express International Limited liability will be applied only to the items, packages or goods declared on the company’s signed packing lists.

8. The customers should understand that the company will not take liability for any unforeseen natural events (i.e. plane cancellation, war risk, airport closures, military camp, bomb alerts or security alerts and street demonstrations) which might slow down the company’s ground transport delivery network that affect the time of delivery.

9. The customer should understand that the company will not take liability for any unsuitable packaging of items other than the original manufacture’s packaging suitable for transportation. Any breakages and damage resulting from such unsuitable packaging is at the customers own risk and no liability whatsoever.
